We’ve crafted these chocolates using three of the finest local vegetables, each one brings a unique bite of deliciousness.
The Kamatis praline is tomato caviar with hand coated pili nuts in chocolate, lightly dusted with cocoa powder in a hand piped dark chocolate dome.
The Kalabasa Caramel features pumpkin and coconut cream, incorporated into caramelized sugar in a hand painted dark chocolate shell with a brush of Mesa ni Misis signature pink.
Finally, the Kamote Truffle highlights everyone’s favorite root vegetable oven-roasted with a blend of anise, nutmeg and cinnamon, handrolled and coated with a 72% dark Chocolate then tossed in cocoa powder.
